- clean, correcting any style inconsistencies or other errors that result from the conversion process
- including functional, linked tables of contents

Can you convert a PDF eBook in size A4 into an InDesign file for a paper book to be printed?
It concerns 200 pages. The A4 eBook is full color, the book should be printed in back, so everything should be switched into black/grey colors, including all images.
The size of the book should be 170 x 240 mm.
Please give me a proposal. Th...e file should be ready by the beginning of next week if possible.

I have a business book that was done in Word and is approximately 40,000 words and I need to have the interior design layout done. The book is black and white and all text ...with only one page that is a table. It will be printed as a paperback by either CreateSpace or Lightning Source and I will make that decision this week In addition, I want the book to be an ebook for my website, for Kindle, Nook, etc.
The book is ready for layout now so I would like to begin the process.

Please use the colors green and red that matches the color on the cover for the titles. Now they have used blue for the titles in the Word file. Please Red for the chapter titles and green for the paragrafs and quotes, etc.... For the text in frames: please use a (light) green colour that matches the green from the cover.
Before you convert the entire eBook, can you make a preview of a few pages with some tables and frames?
I have attached the Wordfile and the coverpage.
I look forward receiving the preview pages.

I recently self published a book. I would like to put the book on Amazon. I want someone with the expertise, affordability, and the patience to set up CreateSpace, Kindle for a reasonable fee. My designer has had to go away at short notice. She would have done the following, which I would also like done:
1. the formatting of the book in a Kindle t...emplate
2. the submission of the fomatted book into KDP (to my account) – embed video of the book into Amazon
3. the writing of the description for Amazon (100 - 200 words)
4. the choosing of categories and keywords
5. two weeks of daily Kindle rank monitoring (during this time, I would like you to tweak the description, categories, and keywords in the Bookshelf if necessary to get the book ranked. My designer stated this monitoring is a very, very important part of the submission process.
Also I would be grateful if I could get some tips on how to promote the book.
I am not a computer expert so I am looking for someone who can assist me with the above for a reasonable price.

Hi,
Some additional InDesign work.
Can your let me know the following:
1 - Can you have this completed for Wednesday evening Thursday morning?
2 - Can you ensure that tables and bullet points spacings are consistent. They are not consistent in the word document.
3 - Can we use the same pricing terms as the old project?
I have attached the word d...ocument and the old version for reference.
PLEASE NOTE- the new word document is substantially different with new chapters etc from the old INDD file.
Can you let me know a placeholder fee and I will fund the escrow?

Can you please provide an estimate to convert the cover and text files for "Showdown at Shinagawa" to .mobi and .epub for Kindle and Nook format? Please advise if you think it you can convert to reflowable format given the layout and amount of photos.
