I have a 73 page InDesign file I would like converted to kindle format. It is Everyone Eats Volume II - you previously converted Everyone Eats Volume I for me. Like the first book, it has about 58 images along with the text. The front and back covers are in the InDesign file already.

I have completed PDF files of four books that were used to send to a publisher for printing. I need to have these cropped differently for publishing on Amazon Kindle publishing. For example, there are cutting marks for the paper printer that need to be removed for publishing electronically. Also, if these PDF files can be converted to JPEG files..., it is easier to upload to Amazon.
