Format and reflow very short book (81 pages) Barefeet to High Heels to PDF format with createspace specs for new version to be published. It needs the look of the book to be cleaned up a bit and needs the pagination added so that it has page numbers for the size it will be. It will be a 5x8.

I have a 216 page word document that is available in print on Amazon.com. I need to have a ePub/Mobi file created so I can upload the ebook version.

I have a book I've finished writing, but the formatting is a bit messed up...
It is based on a CREATESPACE template and was written in OPEN OFFICE.
In particular, page numbering suddenly stops, and their are sometimes weird page breaks and sometimes pages appear to repeat themselves.

I'm not looking for a full edit... just fix the basic document......
Make sure the table of contents is correct,
chapter pages are on the right hand side,
numbering is o.k.
Make sure there are no serious formatting issues

I guess it should take less than an hour or so (document is 100 pages.)

I have 48 pages of handwritten notes that I need transcribed to text, then formatted for layout as a Kindle ebook.

Job Description

1) Conversions so epubs are compatible and ready for all e-readers
2) Setting up accounts for this author with the various ebook sellers

Book specs:
40 black and white interior pages (attached for reference only) + color cov...er
Half of the pages include images (TIF)
Dimensions of printed book: 8.5" wide x 5.5" tall

This author does not have accounts with any of the ebook retailers. You would need to set those up under his name so that royalties would be paid directly to him.

Using InDesign, make 2 books from Google Doc format --> designed ebooks. The books are already written and (mostly) formatted/edited correctly. We already have the designs and templates ready for use, and someone just needs to go in and put the text and designs together accordingly.

You will be provided with:
- book text, in Google Docs
- cover... designs
- Indesign templates for table of contents page, quotation marks format, chapter title pages, and font files. All are ideally for use on a Mac computer
- Style Guide, including which fonts to use for H1, H2, and paragraph text
