You did such a wonderful job on our last project that I'd like for your team to format two more novels. They are books one and two in a series, so I'd like for the formatting to be consistent across both of the works. The books are young adult, so I'd like for the fonts, nuances, etc. to reflect the genre and be appealing to a younger audi...ence. Also, the chapter headings are names rather than numbers, but I'd like them to be displayed in both tables of contents as Chapter 1, Chapter 2, etc. in chronological order. The first novel is titled "Be the Death of Me," and it's roughly 91,500 words, while the 2nd, "If It Kills Me," is roughly 73,750 words. The first book's page count in Microsoft Word is 224 pages, while the second book's count is 203 pages. Like the last project, I'd need all of the same file types necessary for both print and digital. If your team is interested, please send me a quote with both your pricing and turnaround time. I need to layout to be an identical copy of the hard cover version
Currently having issues getting the lines from page 42 to 45 to show in a EPUB or Mobi file also having issue with the lineup of the numbers on page 43 question #4 and tick boxes

Could you please advise ...if you would be able to recreate this to match the original hard cover version.

We have 70 primary and secondary school textbooks for conversion from PDF to reflowable ePub for use on Kindles in schools.

The books range from English to Maths and science subjects and total no. of pages is about 9,000.

Convert the James Publishing book NCC from Word to linked .epub, .mobi, and PDF files.

• Please convert the Word file for our book NCC volume 7 to epub, mobi, and PDF
• Update styles to match EE – eBook template
• The metadata table of contents should include all sections and subsections (everything included in table of contents starting on second... page of the Word file)
• This book doesn't have chapters the same way as the rest of our books – in the table of contents it shows the hierarchy. Treat the sections that are bolded and furthest to the left as chapters in the navigation bar, but all section titles within the text (outside of table of contents) can have the same style (like §1:10 in EE). Table of contents should show the same hierarchy as in Word file.
• Link sections listed in table of contents to the section in the book
• Table of cases lists cases followed by the sections they appear in. Link section numbers to sections in text
• Descriptive Word Index has numbers that refers to sections. Link section numbers to sections in text

We want the final product to be:
- clean, correcting any style inconsistencies or other errors that result from the conversion process
- including functional, linked tables of contents and index

Payment is based on 312 pages in Word x $0.35/page.

Format Word manuscript of approximately 25 pages, 8,500 words to submit for Ebook publication to Kindle and Smashwords.

I also need a PDF version of the book to sell from my website.

I have attached a template of an InDesign form that I would like the copy updated from the Word File retaining the same style as the template. There are a couple of small tables that will require typesetting but most of the copy is very similar.

Outcome: Supply updated Packaged InDesign file back to me.

I propose a fixed price of $10 for this job....

The red human in pain is a bit too intense, especially with all the other red nearby. But I like the idea of a human struggling, indecisive, hiding, secretive in the background (subdued) as shown. Maybe bring in a balance of other color? Perhaps in three parts: red, blue, yellow?

I would like a symbol of a Vesica Pisces instead of the Red Cross.

I'd like to add an image that morphs from the struggling human as shown (head in hands) on the left to one becoming more and more integrated, clear and content representing the whole Self.

I'd like spacing inside the document tigher. Margins come in more. eBook be spaced for Kindle 'cross all media.

I don't like all the white space at the end of each Part. (See page 14 for example.) The question is whether to fudge the paragraphs to fit better, or consider not starting a new page when a new Part begins. Can a new Part immediately follow a preceding section on the same page (with adequate space before).

I'd like the Index to fit on one page.

I'd like more space after Main Heading on page 1, Preface, before text begins. Too much white space at bottom of page 1, while it's jammed up at the top. Force the last two lines of the last paragraph (from page 2) to fit on page 1, and move the whole page to start a bit lower.

The new Section headings - flush-left - with the orange vertical bar looks okay. I would prefer red over orange.

Section headings flush Left margin, the Mick Jagger quote on page 4 looks funny hanging out in the center by itself. Maybe the line spacing just needs to be tightened up? Can also see what it looks like left-aligned but starting at page center,
