I need someone to transfer a novel into two Microsoft Word templates. One of the templates if for print on demand, and the other is for an ebook.
I have already pasted 150 pages of the 350 page print on demand book. I have not yet started transferring the ebook.
The templates are clear and clean, with the styles clearly defined. There are no ima...ges or subheads. Importing the text will be a fairly straightforward, but I need someone to make sure that the indents are consistent, chapters begin on the correct page, etc..
Additionally, I have cover templates for the ebook and the POD book. I need to have the image and other content added to these templates. For the POD, I need the designer to make sure the spine is the correct size, etc.
The size of the POD book will be 6x9.
I run a small press and will be hiring for similar jobs in the future. I am hoping to partner with someone reliable and detail-oriented for this and future projects.
Please respond with the number of hours you would need to complete this job and the estimated cost. Thank you!

I have a 25 page word document, quite well formatted, in PDF also. But conversion into pdf make loss image quality and some formatting properties.
In word also formatting need to be improve, because "justify" align give some weird result at some places.
And also it don't look "professional" as he need to be. I guess I'm not pro...fessional in Ebook formatting, so I need someone to prepare a fresh ebook based on that.
If the Freelancer work well and depend cost/utility, I can suggest to my client on top of pdf format, maybe some epub/html etcc.

I think it would be best to have a separate link for each of the chapters in my book. If you could cut out each individual chapter as a PDF that would be great. I do need to know why the dropbox link you send that I save to my own dropbox account doesn't work after awhile. I understand you delete excess file...s on your end but I thought saving it to my own dropbox file would keep it active somehow. I'm sure it is something I am doing wrong on this end.
Let me know about how much to have this done.
