I have an eBook cover...but I need to have the same image extended to properly format for a paperback for Createspace.

I love the cover, so I don't want any changes made. I only want the exact same colors and fonts. No images needed for the side and back cover either. Just some text...which I will provide.

I plan on hiring this out by Tuesday the... latest :)

I have two small books that I converted into two separate PDF files. The books are the same, the difference is that one is written in Spanish and the other is in English.

I am looking to professionally convert two small PDF books into all of the major ebook compatible files to work within:

1. Amazon Kindle (.mobi and others)
2. Desktop Comput...ers (.ePub, PDF and others)
3. Apple Technology (iBooks, iPhone, iPad,etc...)
4. Tablets, Android Phones and other Smart Phones

- I need each of these ebooks to have both front and back covers.
- I need the daily devotional reading to appear in only one individual page and not spill over into the next page(s). The idea for the reader is to focus on only one daily devotion at a time.

I've just finished a memoir called Diary of a Single Mormon Female, [obscured] /. I would like to start selling the ebook ASAP while the print version is in production.
The manuscript (in MS Word) has two font styles throughout (regular and italics) and about 30 images. The image on the website will be the ebook cover.
It needs to look as profess...ional as any ebook from any major publishing house.

Good Day! You did a book conversion for us last year (Sweet Fruit from the Bitter Tree). We were very pleased with the results, and want to know if you can do another book for us. (I worked with Lakshmi N. and Srini.) Please give us a bid on how much this will cost.

Here is the job description:

The book is 216 pages, including front matter.
We need to have the print book turned into an electronic file for sale on Amazon and Barns &Noble. (We would ask for your advice as to whether we would be better of having an HTML file, which we can upload into Amazon's Kindle, OR if we would get better results if we have a .mobi file.

So we would send copies of the print book to you, and you would send us back electronic files that can be put up on Amazon Kindle, and also Barns & Noble Nook.
You are the experts on how to do this, but I assume you would need to:
1. Make pdf copies of the pages of text. OCR this into text files. Proof these files for accuracy.
2. Format into attractive and readable e-book, including interactive table of contents, etc. Formatting on this book is relatively simple. There aren't even subheads. The main formatting is to make the chapter titles look nice. These will need to be done as images I think, because there is a simple line drawing with each chapter title. I have attached a sample for you. Probably you can see more of them in Amazon's "look inside."
3. Images: In addition to the line drawing that appear with the chapter titles, there are 38 images in the text itself. They are mostly line drawings or simple images. I have 2 samples attached.
4. There are no footnotes or references.
5. We will make a few changes to the copyright page for the e-book edition. We will send this to you.
6. We will add a page at the end, of "Other Resources from Real People Press." This we will send to you as a Word doc.
7. Book Cover: We can scan the cover, and send you a good quality image to use for the front and back cover. (If you can do a better job of it, we'll leave that to you.)

Layout of yearbook as per previous yearbook job.

I have an ebook to put up on Amazon Kindle, and require conversion from Word to the latest Kindle format. About 70 pages with about 6,000 words containing eBook cover, table of contents.

Each page in Word has about 6 in-line-with-text images, with floating arrows/boxes floating on top of them to highlight specific areas.

There will be preceding t...ext describing the images, followed by the latter. The in-line images are mostly 3 images sitting in one text row from border to border in Word, and I need them to display well in Kindle format.

I'm looking for someone who can do a good job, accept a review cycle with possible revisions requested (if any issues are found), at a reasonable cost per book.

Please do let me the earliest date you can complete, and an estimation of the amount of hours required.
