I have a book which is laid out for paper on 8 1/2" x 11" of 145 pages in length. I want this formatted to display on Apple's iBooks and Amazon Kindle. There are a number of tables, and a few images. The cover will have to be created.
Page breaks will need to be reviewed by me before final delivery because the change in page size may cause some i...ssues with page breaks landing correctly.
3 - 5 pages will be substituted with material from a separate file.

I have a book I wrote years ago. It currently has amateur but ok looking formatting. No professional typesetting. I just want to go ahead and publish this on kindle. I am not expecting it to make a lot of money, if any, so I want to keep this simple and minimal. No big deal. I was actually just considering uploading the way it is, and thought well ...at least we can make it decently readable on kindle.
