We have compiled our five Hindu History Lessons into a 128-page book with some added resources, and this we want to have converted from InDesign print layouts to EPUB format compatible with iBooks for iPad/iPhone, Sony Reader and Nook, and MOBI format compatible with Kindle, plus PDF for screen resolution.
Each of the five main lessons has already... been converted to ePub and MOBI formats. However, in this volume they appear with additional resources interspersed. About half the book is thus already in ePub format and needing to have the other half converted and then everything arranged in the proper order.
For the PDF, all the pages need to be output from the InDesign files.
We will provide the InDesign files and all the linked images, plus a high resolution JPEG of the cover to be used in the final files.

As you know, they are presently in Microsoft Word (.doc) , no images.
The first book is in English and is 324.0 KB
The second book is in French and is 355.5 KB
I would like for both (6 x 9 inch) books to be ready for upload to CreateSpace.c...om.

I have a business book that was done in Word and is approximately 40,000 words and I need to have the interior design layout done. The book is black and white and all text with only one page that is a table. It will be printed in hardcover with a jacket. You must be familiar with creating files for Lightning Source. In addition, I want the book to be an ebook for my website, for Kindle, Nook, etc.
The book is ready for layout now so I would like to begin the process now.
Note: The book also needs a cover done. If you also do cover design, please quote that separately. Do not include a quote for the cover with the quote for the layout. The copy for the back cover is already done. The cover will also have to meet the Lightning Source requirements.
I am also considering an additional version of the book for a different audience.. It will be the same book but about 5-10 pages will be different. What would be the additional cost for doing the same layout but changing text on those 5-10 pages?
If there is an additional cost, please quote it separately also.
